Service Saddle

A service saddle is a specialized pipe branch used to create connections on existing pipelines without fully cutting or replacing the main pipe. It consists of a clamp body with a threaded or flanged outlet, allowing easy attachment to the main pipe. Service saddles are made from materials like ductile iron, stainless steel, HDPE, or brass and are commonly used in water supply, irrigation, and gas distribution systems.

Service saddles are available in sizes to fit pipes ranging from 20mm to 315mm or larger, with outlet sizes typically between 12 inches and 4 inches. They can handle pressure ratings from PN10, depending on the material and design. These fittings are widely used for connecting service lines, adding irrigation outlets, or repairing pipelines, offering a quick and efficient solution with minimal disruption to the main pipe. Their design ensures a secure and leak-free connection, making them ideal for residential, industrial, and agricultural applications.
